The ups and downs of E-Commerce

So it is now nearly 18 months since we created our Shopify store 

What we have learnt 

1. Do not have expect instant success with sales

2. If possible try to sell on multiple platforms we sell on our

And we also sell our Coffee Mugs On Amazon

3. Try and create something different every year you never know unless you try 

Last year it was instant digital downloads 

This Year it is option for customers to buy Laminated Year In History and Anniversary Prints to use as Place-Mats example below

We print them on card-stock and use 5 mil Laminated pouches 

 

Next Year who knows

4. Reviews

We have had great success with our reviews over the last 12 months and great reviews the only fly in the ointment is with so many companies creating dummy reviews of products how do we convince our future customers all ours are genuine from real customers , we get about 1/3 of our customers to leave a review 

5. Accept the natural ups and downs of E-Commerce and do not get discouraged just because a couple of weeks have been slow
