Steve and Zoe,
After a bit of confusion on my part on order deliverable files (.jpeg vs .pdf ) and clarification via phone, all personalized files were found to be exactly as ordered. Superior customer service. The items were to be included in a scrapbook of memories for an 80 year old friend's birthday and I am very happy to report that the personal comments actually brought a tear to the lady's eye.
This got me thinking about something we often overlook in a business. We often focus on product, delivery and quality but tend to forget that above and beyond, the product can actually bring joyous memories and true reflection to people's lives. Steve, to use an overworked British expletive, Brilliant!
