Shipping Policies

Non-Custom Coffee Mugs

All standard mug orders not requiring customization ship the next business day (excludes Sundays and holidays). For shipping within the United States we only use USPS Priority Postal Service, this usually takes 2 to 3 business days for delivery and includes tracking information. We do not do any expedited shipping so please order at least a week prior to needing the item.

Personalized Framed Prints / Custom Coffee Mugs

Custom Orders can take an additional 3 to 5 days to process plus the standard shipping time. We recommend that customers order personalized mugs at least two weeks prior to needing the item. (We do often send out custom orders much quicker than this time frame, but this it is very dependent on interaction times between the customer and us regarding personalized information). With all customized mugs and framed prints we send the customer the personalized image we have created for their approval prior to creating the physical item. 

Custom PDF / JPEG Digital Prints 

 We will usually complete a custom digital print within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order. During holidays or busy times of the year this time frame may be extended, but we try our best to alert the customer to possible delays in those situations. Custom digital prints will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address that is associated with the order unless we are instructed by the customer to do otherwise. 

Non-Custom Digital Downloads

We do not offer refunds on our instant Digital Download JPEG prints. Once you have purchased a print, we no longer have access to how it is used and as we sell them at a very low price we do not offer refunds on those particular items. If there is a mistake on an instant download print we ask that you contact us and we will send you the corrected/updated version. Other than mistakes, we do not offer any changes or customization on these items. 

Return Policies

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges / Cancellations

We do offer refunds, exchanges, and cancellations on a case by case basis. We are a small family business and want our customers to be happy. If you have an issue with your order please contact us so that we can try to make it right. We are generally accommodating to our customers' requests and can usually come to a fair solution with most order issues. 

If you wish to make a return please contact us with the details and we can work something out, our general policy is that returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. We will always refund the price of the item once the return is received unless we are shipping out a new item. We will refund the price of the shipping on a case by case basis. If your mug arrived broken please refer to the "Damaged in Transit" section below. 

Wrong Item Received - If you have ordered the wrong item and wish for a return or exchange please contact us. If you wish to return the item we ask that you ship the item back to us within 30 days of receiving it.

After we receive the return, we will then offer a refund of the price of the item or we can ship you the corrected item. We will not refund the shipping costs. If you have ordered correctly and we have sent you the wrong item, we can refund you in full or ship you the correct item at no extra charge. 

If you have ordered the wrong item and we have not shipped your order yet please contact us and we will make the change to your order prior to shipping. 

Damaged In Transit

Due to the work that has gone into our packaging, it is unlikely that an item will break in transit. If there is a problem please let us know as soon as possible. The time restraint for reporting a damaged item is within 5 days of delivery according to the tracking number - there are no exceptions. We do not ask that the customer returns the damaged items but do ask that the customer sends us a photograph of the broken item and packaging. We will then offer the choice of a full refund or to ship the item again.

Missing In Transit

All of our products shipped within the United States are delivered via USPS Priority which includes a tracking number. If you report to us that your item is missing we will investigate the delivery tracking number and get back to you ASAP. In most cases we will send out a new order at no extra charge.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside of the U.S. but we are looking into it for the future.
